Tea & Coffee

Kerala Tea & Coffee. The most consumed beverages globally, excluding pure water are  Tea or Coffee. Both have elements that may be good for your health, but you might prefer the opportunity to socialise with a friend that they both provide.

The evergreen plant family includes both tea and coffee plants. Both would grow into pretty huge trees if let to grow normally. However, both plants are maintained at a tree height so that they may be harvested with ease. The flavour of the beverage made by both plants is slightly influenced by the environment in which they grow, including the soil, moisture levels, nearby plants, etc. Caffeine is a naturally occurring stimulant that is present in both coffee and tea. Additionally, a dried form of a plant portion is used in both beverages. Finally, both prepare their food in quite similar ways.
